Ravi Shukla is a business lawyer who specializes in internet and information technology. Much of his varied experience has been gained from negotiating agreements involving sophisticated information technology system deployments requiring expertise in intellectual property ownership and licensing issues as well as with outsourcing and other service provider arrangements.
